How 'Bout them Facebook Ads and How You Can Target People

It's been a minute since I've taken a deep dive into the Facebook Ad Platform, and there's a ton of new ways to target people.  Target should NOT be a negative thing in your mind, what I mean is tailor your ad to the right kind of person.

What's new are things like life event's but what I've done here has been easy to do for a while.

I don't do much for local businesses but I do have a few campaigns going for the local flower shop.  After reading about ways to target people in this post I thought I could do something for my flower shop client.

So here's what I came up with and I bet it will turn heads. Visually, the green really pops against the bland Facebook background. Green subconsciously tells us go, like at traffic lights - that's why of all the pics I could have chosen for dog houses, this one was a winner. More importantly when your ad says the same old boring drivel such as this "Order V-Day Flowers Now & Save $10." And sounds nearly identical to the competition...the only thing you can do is offer a better coupon. Competing on price is seldom a good thing.
